Hello. I am certified electrician with unfortunately too little practice, because I work in IT, but I am a car enthusiast (BMW mostly) doing most of the maintenance and repairs by myself. I do not know any mechanic using oscilloscope in my area so I said to myself why not try it and might help me and the others if needed. I have 4225 and accessories for about a year but have done only about 20 measurements so far during my spare time which I wish I have more .
Time is one of those hurdles that get in the way and I'm sure we would all wish for more.
To help with the journey, and hopefully helping to save time, there are a number of resources on our website and on our forum to help you.
The forum is a great place to learn with a lot of information to take in. To help contain all this information in one place we have a useful links page which you can see here - https://www.picoauto.com/support/topic15231.html.
There's also a free app available on both Apple and Android which has training videos as well as kit information which you can see more information here - https://www.picoauto.com/landing-page/picoapp.
I hope these helps. The Pico community are incredible supportive so I must say if you have any questions please ask here.
Hi Michal,
As Ben says, this forum is excellent source of information and learning material.
Anyway, it's great to have Slovakian Pico user here. I wonder how many automotive picoscope users are in our countries as I am also originally from Czechoslovakia, Czech Republic.
It could be good idea to get in touch with others Czechs and Slovaks in this forum and maybe create some group project or training together and post it here in Picoscope forum.
