After i made update of windows 10 pro x64 to 10.0.19044 with Pico 18.104.22.16898 is freeze(not itself the sw, but the measurement) and than loose connections with the scope (4425A, Driver version: 22.214.171.12473, Firmware Version: 126.96.36.199 / 188.8.131.52).
Sometimes is searching for the scope and it will id, other times i need to reconect to identify.
This happens constantly....one minute after connection.
Doesn't matter if i restart the sw or reconect the scope.
This isn't something we've come across before. Can I ask you to email into email@example.com and we will pick it up from there. Doing it this way allows us to share information with the software teams easier and so hopefully getting to the issue sooner.
If possible before emailing in, can I ask you to get a video of the concern which will help massively with understanding the problem and hopefully allow us to replicate the issue.
