Which model of Picoscope are you using ? (serial number from the label would help identify the age)
Which version of Picoscope 6 are you using ?
And do you use the blue Picoscope USB lead ?
Can you give us the full specification of the PC - right-click the My Computer icon (usually on your desktop or accessible from the Start bar) and select Properties.
I would suggest trying the Beta release version from here http://www.picoauto.com/download-software.html , look carefully for the words Beta Release in the middle of the screen and click on them. The software will run on the full version of Windows 8, but not the RT version, just check the version on the device you are interested in. It is not optimised for touch screen operation but will work in this mode.
Hi, There are some helpful people on the forums so you may get some assistance here , although it would have been easier if you had purchased a Picoscope and not one from our competitor , sharing waveforms and settings are much easier with Picoscope 6
