We need the following information to diagnose what the issue may be :-

Which version of the software do you have?
Which PicoScope model?
What is your PC and operating system?

The Automotive Software has some additional functionality (Guided Tests, Link to Waveform Library etc) in addition to that included in the Test and Measurement version, you will also get the PicoScope Diagnostics software as well. You can also install both versions on a PC without issue if you wish ...

You need to buy the auto version of the scope so a 4423, 4425, or 4425a as these will work with the automotive software.

It is not available in the software yet, but is due soon.

You can have both installed on the same PC/Laptop.

You have the Test and Measurement version of the software. You need to download the correct version from https://www.picoauto.com/downloads
