Hello, when using the scope to measure current the horizontal ruler (red) goes off the end of the graticule screen and this makes it very difficult to find and adjust the ruler. Normally there is a little box on the end but I can't locate it. I have tried to key board zoom function to decrease and or increase but this does not work on the pico screen. Is there a setting to adjust the length of the rulers?
Can you send in a psdata file so that we can look at the data and the settings, and check it against our PicoScope builds.
Can you also ensure that your PC is fully patched up to date with all the latest and greatest from Microsoft, particularly the .NET components. FInally it would be worth checking if the issue still exists with the latest version of the software from our Downloads Page
There is something going wrong here as I've downloaded the latest software and I have also followed the instructions from the additional icon that downloads with the software and I'm still showing this old version when pico is opened;
Thanks for the replies, very much appreciated. When viewing the screen there are vertical and horizontal rulers. The red ruler little box on the end could not be seen as it was too far off the right hand edge. For some unknown reason to me the screen size increased and became larger than my touchscreen monitor would allow for viewing. I tried reducing the size with the key board but this failed. Now quite accidentally the mouse changed to arrows at the far right edge of the screen and I then managed to reduce the size of the Pico graticule screen on the monitor, which has now brought the red ruler box back into view. I can only think that something in the computer software (maybe Windows updates) had changed some specifications and I had not noticed any problems until I used the current clamp recently. But it seems to be sorted now.
