Thanks for that Info and it does help. I'm still out of my comfort zone with regard to data sheets and specs.
Today I managed to find a similar ECU, (don't know the full history of it). I swapped the mosfets & blown resistor over.
It doesn't start but I now have Injectors 4, 5, 6 Firing and the Fault code 30BB is eliminated. Now I have 30BA. Which points to Injectors 1, 2 & 3. We have a step forwards and a step backwards.
It takes some serious heat to lift and fit these mosfets so fitting new ones has to be worth a shot.
These IRF W644B I believe are now obsolete . I have found these at RS

Thank you for that, I will order a handful of them.
Today I removed and cleaned the spark plugs, there was a lot of water sitting above the plugs and around the base of the coils. To give it a fighting chance I didn't fit Plugs 1, 2 & 3, Good news is that it now starts and idles on 4,5 & 6.
Fingers crossed - I'm quietly confident that I can bring this back to life, firing on all six
Electrical data is all but the same got to agree it would be a good substitute the switching off delay is far better than the originals aliexpress are listing the W644B $15 for 20 but with rs the quality will be good not all components are what they are stamped
