i am running pico 4000 automotive on new hp laptop 2.2 g 4g ram in windows seven i have down loaded latest soft ware and installed it when i am running scope in capture after about 2min it stops and reading freezes on the screen.i cant restart program it says not responding in top tool bar i have to force quit and restart.this also happened on old laptop with vista.
Good evening everyone, same problem happened to me, even with 6.3.54 if required timescales exceeding 200ms/div the picoscoupe does little, and then out.
In particular the defect increases if I use multiple tracks, returning to the previous version 6.2.14, everything is back to normal
What are your PC resources? Speed, RAM, type of PC, OS?
Have not encountered this issue with the 6.3.54.0 build.
It sounds like your issue occurs in streaming mode and is worse with more channels. This increases RAM load and PC will fall down without sufficient RAM when samples are maxed in PicoScope.
Not sure why the earlier build worked OK unless the settings used were different.

Autonerdz Ciao e grazie per la risposta, il PC è un Acer Intel (R) Core (TM) 2Duo CPU, 2,19 GHz, 1,92 GB di RAM, XP Professional Pack3 servizio di sistema.
Sorry, I speak and write only English. I can see you have enough PC there though to run PicoScope unless something else is using it up. Might monitor the performance in Windows task manager and see if the resources are being used up by something.
