Latest Version 11854 Both windows and Linux version
I can log into the WFL but the search does not work - not at all in Linux ("No Option" for anything) and in Windows I select "Nissan" with 252 waveforms, but "No Option" for any other drop down, very embarrassing when demonstrating to a garage customer how I can check their van's timing without taking anything apart.
Now I go to install Pico 6 so I can at least get an answer - only to read you have removed the WFL access from it - apparently before ensuring access in V7.
I love Picoscope but the recent problems I have had with core functionality in what is supposed to be stable software is taking the edge off my enthusiasm for it.

Hello and thank you for the posts/reporting of the RWL concern
Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you describe with the RWL
We know only too well how much you rely on our test equipment / software which must work seamlessly as there are more than enough variables to tackle during diagnosis without the RWL being one of them
The problem has been identified and a fix has been found which we are working to implement now
As soon as this is resolved I will follow up here in this post
There will not be a need for a new build of software, this will work straight out of the box when resolved and so when you log in all will be functioning as normal
Hello there,
Thank you for raising this concern. We have looked into your query and I suspect you are encountering this issue because you are running PicoScope on Linux Mint, an OS that we do not yet officially support. I would presume that the issue would be solved by either:
- installing the gnome-keyring package (running the sudo apt-get install gnome-keyring command in Linux Mint)
- using PicoScope Automotive Early Access
I hope this helps and please message if you have any questions
