Reference waveform please help

Post by EndaMurray »

Hi Guys,

I'm struggling to get the reference waveform working. Every time I go to my reference folder via pico software it's empty, but I can go to the folder from outside the software and all my previous waveforms are there.

I deleted and reinstalled everything but still the same.

Any help is be so grateful
Thanks
Enda

Hello Enda, thank you for the post and sorry for my late reply

Could I ask what version of PicoScope you are using?

Could you indicate which operating system you are using (Windows xx etc.)

Has this symptom occurred or coincided with any updates to the PC/laptop?

When searching for your reference waveforms, could you confirm the folder contains files with the suffix ".psreference"

Sorry for all the questions, this will however help resolve our issue

On a side note, remember we have support@picotech.com should you require a faster response

I hope this helps, take care......Steve
