BMW F36 Clunk/Thud - Please help!

Hi All, I'm struggling to get to the bottom of a loud thud/clunk noise with my car and I'm hoping you can help. The noise only happens on certain speed humps. I've had the car inspected by multiple mechanics, changed the steering rack, wishbones, shocks and the issues is still not resolved. I've spent a lot of money already and I really don't want to take it to another mechanic who may just advise me to change more parts that will not resolve the issue. I'm hoping to find someone in or around London who can Pico Tech products to pinpoint the issue. Any help will really be appreciated.

Hi - Is anyone able to help with this? I'm really hoping that I can get this checked and resolved as soon as possible as I need to sell the car and I'm unable to do so until I have this issue resolved. Is there anyone in the South East with the right tools that can help please?
