2010 kia forte 1.6 with vvt help pleas

i am looking for 2010 kia forte 1.6 with vvt cam and crank correlation waveform any one pleas help . i have code p0012 i did every thing ( change oil , change vvt solenoid , oil filter, clean the passages, ) after drive the car for about 8 miles the code com back . no drivability issue
