its running fine, its just gutless, it did have a caked EGR, I removed it and gave it a good clean and made sure the valve & seat was sealing, I checked with the pierburg data on the EGR and it was 98% spot on
Ive found the short video of the boost pressure, correct me if Im wrong but I think on these 4.100 ish is about top wack on is it not, and the neddle fluctuating is the ECU controlling the boost pressure, you can see at about 0:25 secs the boost pressure even out as I back off a tad http://youtu.be/...
Did have some recorded live data somewhere from a run I gave it a while ago, I'll have to see if I can find it and check the fuel press and boost, Ive also got a video here somewhere of the boost i check with a boost pressure gauge, I'll dig it all out
