Hi,
Did change the scv and cured the situation, the duty cycle on mine would not change when on idle or when throttle applied so think it was jammed but thanks for your input guys :D

Hi thanks for info but now have AD :D , slight problem :oops: as fuel control solenoid ecm switched earth came into contact with the ecm earth wire going to the scv, Ive checked the ohms on scv and sits around 2.3 ohms, the switched earth is now only at earth and not switching so pump only working a...

Hi, I have tried a pump and ecu re learn and it didn't make any difference , I currently don't have AD at the moment so not sure what resistance should be on the fps and scv, do you think the scv has slight fault and possible sticking , not sure what the pwm should be at idle ? Sounds like you have an earth shorted to live on can bus, try a multimeter or scope on pins 6 and 14 on dlc and see what ohms you have on the circuit there is 2 resistors on each end.

Hi Gruss

Yes the engine does have the pipe from turbo to actuator so is basic, I will have a go and see if the actuator is actually stuck and maybe just need lubricating and freeing!

Ill give it a go, I dont have a mitty but think may be a good investment :lol:
