Can you let us know the version of PicoScope6 Automotive you have ?
Does the software run up to demo mode having not seen the 4423 or does it just stop ?

As you are on the Automotive Forum then I assume you mean Picoscope 6 Automotive. This will only detect Automotive scopes and as such will not find the 6403 which is a Test and Measurement device. You need to use the standard Picoscope 6 software which you can download from http://www.picotech.com/p...
