My name is Andy and I am a scope-aholic.
My problem started in the eighties with a Bear engine analyser, and quickly got worse with a SMP4000, and then the final straw a pico automotive test kit.
Now I have no friends, and often find myself alone in the workshop scoping away.
I know it is sad, and i should get out more, but I feel that no-one understands, and I have come here to find out if there are other sad gits like me.

Ha Ha
That really touches a nerve...... I am having a very clear vision of a bunch of slightly oily old gits sitting in a circle, on bloody uncomfortable plastic chairs, in a cold drafty church hall on a Thursday night.
The only topic of discussion is deep sampling rate strategies and the whimsical theories and apocryphal stories of the mythical eight channel DSO.
Andy I share your pain and like you "I am a Scope-Aholic" ..... There I have gone and said it..... I think I feel better already.
