FRP at time of fault was 132600kpa thats 1326bar FRP volatge was 1.01v
Desired or actual @ 1326 Bar ?
for that kind of pressure i would expect well above 4V !!
Do the pump proof test & report the voltage.......

Hi LEGACY7770
If your Transit 2.0 TDCI is equipped a with Bosch # 0 265 005 303 pressure sensor which ranging from 0 bar to 1500 bar - I will say that 1326 bar of pressure equals 4.036 volt.
Should your range be between 0 to 1800 bar - shall the value be 3.44 volt.
Regards
Kim

I take it you have cleared the DTC's & re-read when the fault has occurred ?
Do the same DTC's come back that you posted ??
You really need to see both desired & actual FRP PID's to get an idea of what's happening.
Scope the FRP signal & give the van a boot full.

Would they fit a Bosch sensor on a Delphi system

Hi Robski
Would they fit a Bosch sensor on a Delphi system ?
No - I don't think so.
It was meant as a guideline which I think is usable in this situation, when we dont have any reliable data for the moment.
