Agritechnica 2023: A Week of Innovation and Inspiration

At Pico we are very fortunate to have the opportunity to be a part of exhibitions in order to meet and talk to new customers, old customers and manufacturers face to face. I was fortunate to have been on the list to support Agritechnica 2023.

Four years in the making, Agritechnica 2023 kicked off a week of new technology, new machines and educational talks on workshop equipment and the future of farming. Covering 400,000m2 of indoor and outdoor space, 470,000 people from 149 different countries took to the halls to take in all that the exhibitors had to offer. Seeing this huge volume of people is something you have to see to believe.

Our team at Pico GmbH, Olaf Jensen, Fatma Colak and Simon Jensen put in a huge amount of effort to make sure that Pico was well represented at Agritechnica with a perfectly located stand, a working machine to demonstrate with kindly lent to us by our friends at JCB GmbH and being featured in the Werkstatt live area on some rather large screens!

From the conversations we had with many of the people that came to the stand, it is clear that Pico has a solution to help support technicians and manufacturers alike when it comes to diagnosing and fault finding the vast amount of equipment found in agriculture. As the move to alternative fuels, tighter control on conventional engines, hybrid and battery powered machines, more precise hydraulic control, technology isn’t standing still. Being able to test in an effective and economical way is a must for the future and I personally believe Pico can help. So much so that we now have dedicated guided tests, YouTube videos giving an overview of what’s possible with Pico, a separate forum support page and off highway PicoScope kits all of which are there to support those looking for new ways to test and not guess.
