Hi!
I had eight years ago a PicoScope 3423. Until now,was used a 32-bit Windows XP SP3 machine, and the software was running perfectly. Now, to be faster I replaced the computer to a 64-bit Windows 7 machine (4GB RAM, 3,2GHz processor, USB 2.0, USB 3.0). Unfortunately, the PicoScope 6 Automotive software 6.10.18 can not communicate with the device.
The Windows device manager found the Picoscope. What could be the problem? Isn't it compatible? What is the solution?
Thank you in advance their response:

Hi Martin!
Thanks for the quick response. The device manager does not disappear when the program starts.
Moreover, he writes that "Up according to the device is working."
This is not a laptop, but a new desktop computer.
Unfortunately, I have not blue cable, but several other cable socially.
