Hello Darren and thank you for the post.

The values used in the "look up" table were entered via a technical publication for min/max and then cross referenced through the entire pressure range using a vehicle with a matching fuel rail pressure sensor (to that of the publication)

From memory I believe the vehicle used was a 2003 Mercedes 220 CDI (No running faults present)

I hope this helps, take care......Steve

Yes got that thanks that worked fine, seems that there are many variations, Steve that merc one didn't work correctly on my Bosch system today.... one Bosch FRPS will operate different to another Bosch sensor, i would say if your making a custom probe for this type of sensor your need to label it to vehicle, system and specific part number of the sensor.

Thank you Darren for the heads up.

Would it be possible for you or Robski to share the new Custom Probe you have confirmed as OK for your vehicle?

Take care......Steve
