Having a Corolla Verso 2,2D4D 2AD-FTV in for a complaint for extented crank time.
I am measuring the signal for the railpressure sensor, for viewing rail pressure build up.
Is there a method to convert the voltage signal from the railpressure sensor into pressure, using custom probes or maby math channels?
So i dont have to calculate it myself, but let the great Pico software do the math for me 
The scaling for the sensor is: 1Volt = 0 Bar and for every 160mv you have 100bar
It could be great to make a custom set up for both Bosch, Delphi and Denso railpressure sensors

yes there is a method, whats the max reading (pressure) & at what voltage ? (you already have the base line)

The sensor is a 5Volt sensor, and if we say that the maximum voltage output is 4,5Volt the pressure is 2187,50bar

Just be aware of if you choose to make different custom probes for different rail pressure transducer, that you have the right specification for that particular sensor. I would say that you need OEM specification from the factory that are manufacturing those pressure transducer.
I reckon that your Toyota Verso are equipped with a denso rail pressure transducer ?

It's a Denso system capable of delivering 1800 Bar.
I am fully aware of the pitfalls of chosing the wrong scaling for the sensor.
But i think it would be neet to let the program do the math for me.

I find this a very intresting topic. As in also into tuning i have had a look at how the ecus calculate rail pressure. I dont have any toyota denso information but i have extracted some information out of a peugeot dv6ted4 file (bosch edc16c34). I also checked a volvo file which uses same engine and values are identical.
Values are:
0 bar = 498.53mv
1800 bar = 4550.34mv
These are the only 2 values the ecu uses so it must be a straight linearisation between these 2 values.
