The TA095 will not work with a standard PicoScope automotive scope.
I so very confidently would not inform. With some completions - very well works. Long searched for a sensor , for the decision of similar problems. It was necessary to adapt a few existing sensor controls for work with standard PicoScope Automotive. It is a pity that in an automobile complete set there is no sensor of vibrations.

Hi,
I thought I had better clarify the situation with the TA095 accelerometer and our scopes. The TA095 is an IEPE accelerometer and, as such, requires a few mA of constant current supply to function correctly. Our 4224 IEPE scope has the provision to supply this to the accelerometer from within the scope, down the lead of the TA095. The supply is turned ON when "Accelerometer" is selected in the AC/DC selector menu. The standard 4424 or 4423 scopes do not have this supply available and the only way to power the TA095 is to have an external supply. You will require a "Break-in" box and 24V power supply. You could use that or make your own. You may get some form of output from an IEPE accelerometer without any supplied power but it certainly will not be the correct value. You could also use an un-amplified Piezo accelerometer but the output and frequency response will be worse.
