Will Pico 4423 run with USB B to USB C adapter cable?

Post by SHIMHEAD »

Hello all,
I just picked up an ASUS T100HA that I will be using to run my Pico 4423 with. It has a USB 2.0 port on the keyboard and that works fine, but my question is can I run it through the USB C port on the side of the PC/Screen section?? I see plenty of cable options on Amazon, but they all seem to be listed as printer cables. That could be because of the USB B cable end which is common to many printers, but is that an issue for running the Pico?? Cheap enough to buy and try, but wanted to know beforehand if possible.

Hello and sorry for the late reply
I have an ASUS Transformer book T100TA that was used by my son during home school lockdown

I have tested with PS6 /4425 and it works fine using the Micro USB contained within the screen

I am not sure how it would perform long term or indeed when streaming large captures but given this is an old device using Windows 8, it worked out of the box.

With PS7 touch screen features it would be even better.

For a USB C conversion to your 4423, this will assist:

I hope this helps, take care.....Steve
