Sorry for my lack of knowledge but how do you use exhaust lifter operation portion of 57.75 camshaft degrees to check the EVO against crankshaft degrees on the in cylinder pressure waveform? Surely you need to know the EVO or IVO in reference to crankshaft degrees?
Hello,
According to the attached file your intake valve must be opened for 213 crankshaft degrees(on your engine 215-220) and exhaust valve must be opened for 231 crankshaft degrees(on your engine only 210),so the exhaust valve close too early/open too late.
Maybe you must check the valve clearance adjustment using the attached SDS or your exhaust is partially blocked.
Best regards
How on earth does an exhaust valve open 18 degrees after the intake valve? That makes no sense? How have you worked out when the EVO is in regard to crankshaft degrees? I still can't see any IVO or EVO in the last upload? Are we missing something here?
