This vehicle had issues with sometimes starting but running 50deg BTDC and then in one key cycle would be a crank no start with timing at 125degrees retarded without touching anything.
Turns out that the crankshaft reluctor was fitted back to front and although our cam signal matched a known good, out CKP signal was five teeth retarded.
I tried to do a comparison wave forum on Pico but could figure it out so I did an overlay in excel.
