Dodgy looking Paypal pop up on guided test page

Only seen on this site, nothing in my cart here or anywhere else, not signed into paypal, the script is injected into your page source.

This is either a) very badly thought out marketing b) site virus c) unintended consequence of a site plug in, or d) it's on my Linux based pc..
