Hello Autonerdz, and Martyn.
Both the formula - freq(A)*1.67 - and 60/36*freq(A-(5/2)) is invalid when i try to create a math channel.
I also downloaded the math channel that Steve providet in the forum thread "Top tips" an this is also invalid.

Just cutting and pasting the equation in to the editor is working for me with PicoScope 6.13.6.3829
Which version of the software are you using ?
and can you build the equation bit by bit until the line that breaks it
60/36
60/36*freq(A)
60/36*freq(A-5)
60/36*freq(A-(5/2))

Hi Steve
Downloaded edited file and Pico still crashes. I'm on another computer though.
BTW 60/48*freq(A)*1.9625*60/1000 and 1.25*freq(A)*0.11775 work fine for me. But when in demo mode and creating math channel 60/48*freq(A)*(3.14 * 0.625)*60/1000 crashes Pico. I can enter thos formula (no red cross) but pressing next on screen where I can enter name it crashes.
Both reports attached.
PS If possible could you please move these posts to new thread so we won't dilute this topic with this subject and Maths can still be cool.
Since new version of Picoscope software was released yesterday I tried again to open that ABS to road speed file and Pico still crashes.

Hello and thank you for the continued feedback
Volrem I have filed a bug report this morning and included your Crash Report.
As soon as I have some news I will add the feedback here.
Thank you for the request for a new thread.
The original thread topic21311.html is separate from this current thread (just containing a similare title)
What is interesting Volrem is the heading of your post still appears as "Maths is cool" rather than "Maths is cool (But I cannot get it to work)"
I am not sure if it was relocated to here or if something odd has happened during posting. I will check for sure
I hope this helps in the interim, take care......Steve

Thanks Steve
And heading is old beacause I quoted old post with old heading. Don't waste time looking into it.
