PicoScope4223 driver

Post by asktoby »

I have PicoScope 6.13.6.3775 installed in Windows 10.
When I connect the PicoScope4223 by USB it shows up in device manager as "Unknown device".
Inside the PicoScope software it says "There is no device connected" and I am only able to choose the demo device.
Where can I get the driver for this hardware please?

Hello and thank you for the post

It is possible the 4223 device you have is a Test and Measurement device and not an Automotive scope

Would it be possible to download PicoScope 6 or 7 from our T&M site here and try either build

If your 4223 device now connects then all is well but you will not have the benefits available from the automotive software as we describe here viewtopic.php?p=87821#p87821

Could you also check the serial number of your scope for a suffix (For example 4423/012)

Another possibility is the device is destined for a VM and may only function with PicoScope for VM software

I hope this helps, take care.......Steve
