Wps500 no in-cylinder signal on scope??

Don't understand this,i just can't get a trace to show up at all on my oscilloscope,tailpipe traces etc fine,it's just in-cylinder??There isn't even a flat line trace showing on screen when im setup and ready to start the car?Anyone any ideas?Thanks,Lee.

Hi Lee, thank you for the post

I assume you are using your WPS for tail pipe pulsation measurements?

Could you confirm your WPS runs through each range when powered up?

It should cycle from range 1 through to 3 and then back to 1. During this period could you confirm the measurement port is open to atmosphere (This is your zero calibration for each range)

Could you confirm you are using the latest version of PicoScope 7 here https://oem.picoauto.com/p7beta/download

Could you confirm the range setting on the WPS matches the range setting in the software (Typically Range 1 for in-cylinder measurements)

Could you post a psdata file with the symptom evident as it may hold a clue as to why we have no signal displayed for in cylinder measurements
