Hello
Im having similar problems twice i have had to reload pico software i keep getting device not recognised also my buffer sticks at the last frame then says check usb.
I have tried another cable with no success.

Hello and thank you for the post

Could you confirm the USB cables you are trying are the Pico blue USB leads?

Could you confirm the operating system of your PC, the software version you are using and the model of scope?

Would be possible to test your scope on another PC?
