van will not start untill key has been cycled 2 times, fuel pressure is good, cam and crank signals are pressent on initial crank, fuel injectors not completing good ground untill key is cycled 2 times, have added computer grounds no change, have looked at can bus bus on scope looks the same on first key on and 2nd cycle of key so i don't think it is a skim problem, any ideas would be helpful, car came in for blown head gasket, customer states that it never had this prolem before, also this oproblem goes away after engine has been warmed up for 10 minutes

Could you post actual readings (fuel pressure etc) and waveforms. You will get more help that way.

Is the fuel pressure or CAM/ crank changing when you operate the key the second time?
