Injector flow monitored with a psi transducer on the rail

Post by ScannerDanner »

Hello guys
I had a few requests for this,so here are my captures that I used in my latest video. I took these at idle and at higher RPMs.
a. Idle.psdata
Idle speed
(1.49 MiB) Downloaded 858 times
b. 2000 RPM.psdata
2000 RPM
(1.49 MiB) Downloaded 811 times
c. 2500 RPM.psdata
2500 RPM (not sure what happened to rail pressure here. I looks like the pump in interfering with the ability to see the injectors here?
(1.54 MiB) Downloaded 799 times
d. 3000 RPM.psdata
3000 RPM, it is cleaner here, but I believe the psi drops from the injectors are more delayed in timing to the electrical function of the injector at this speed.

Excellent video Paul, the pico is good here but I do like the manual injector pulse test as well. Probably a little clearer to understand until you've dealt with a handful. :)
