Is there a preset in your scope for primary ?

The ones i capture are through a 20:1 attenuator & a preset probe because the 4000 has a max input of 100V, what is the max input of your scope ?

I know on my Sykes Smart there is a preset for ignition as it is attenuated internally.

You should be seeing more than 80V on the primary kick .

The scope has setting for primary and secondary & also has max voltage setting in scope and DMM of 400v, If i select primary I cant see nothing on screen, I have to go out of that setting go to scope and then select 125v, set the trigger then have a play with the time\volts untill I can see a good wave on screen, I'll a pic of the screen tmorrow

You tell me ??

There wasn't an issue with ignition on this car, the misfire was caused by something else.

Without being able to click on the picture you have attached & expand it its hard to see,the only thing i do see is turbulence in the cyl & a near enough straight burn line & an obvious switch to ground .

Do you see something else ?
