Wierd traces from a nissan Xtrail

Post by mapengo » Sat Aug 30, 2008 9:43 pm

Hi All,

I have recently scoped the primary & secondary ignition, and camshaft sensor on a 2004 Xtrail fitted with an LPG conversion.

According to these traces, either I am doing something very wrong with my scope or this vehicle has a 3rd fuel source - divine intervention.

can anyone see what is wrong and give a few pointers please.

mapengo,

First off, welcome to the Pico Forums!

Judging by looking at the screenshots my first guess would be that the scope isn't quite setup correctly. Can you post the .psdata's of these so we can view what settings you are using to look at these. Thanks!

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the welcome, when I try to attach a file with .psdata filename extension it comes up with an error message saying "the extension psdata is not allowed" that's why I posted Gifs.

Is this because I am a new member with limited privileges or am I doing something wrong?

Many thanks.

Steve,

The best method of posting these would be to zip all the files together and then posting them to the forum so the download size it less and the file is more secure.
