lost channel A

hi guys and girls
went to car this morning couldnt get a wave form using channel A?
tryed going to channel B and HEYPRESTO waveform was there
anybody any ideas what has happened or is it back to shop for repair maybe???

Hi

What are you getting on channel A instead of a signal? If it is maxed out at 20V (or -20) then it is probably faulty. You will need to send it for repair. Please contact us for a returns number before sending it.

no all i had was flat moving line at zero
deleted off laptop reinstalled original disc and all working fine?

ive just reloaded upgrade also can i download the beta 6 ? for my automotive kit
