Good morning
I apologize in advance, because I do not know English language well and I am not sure if I wrote in the right section.
I bought a PicoScope 4425A oscilloscope. I installed PicoScope 6 software and it works. However, in order to use the oscilloscope I have to boot the system with driver digital signing forced off, only then the Pico 4425A unit will be detected and measurements can be made.
However, the bigger problem is that I can't install PicoScope 7 (I've tried different editions) and I always get this error during installation. I tried solutions available on the internet but to no avail. I care about access to sample libraries, version 6 no longer supports it.
Can anyone help me install PicoScope7? System Windows 7 64 bit
EDIT:
Error 0x800b0109 resolved!
I had system updates turned off, when I tried to search for overdue updates, I got error 8007EFE. After following the instructions in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdi7ujQVB-g (great video, others didn't help) I finally managed to find and install updates for Windows 7 and of course PicoScope 7
Kind regards
