Bug: zero-offset crash

Post by wbaker »

When using "Zero Channel Offsets", the program displays a window labeled "Zero Channel Offsets" with a spinning circle and message "Zero offset measurement". Clicking the cancel button has no effect, clicking the (X) has no effect, I cannot even close picoscope without the task manager. It has been stuck like this for the entire time it took me to search for the problem, create an account here and post this message.

We need the following information to diagnose what the issue may be :-

Which version of the software do you have?
Which PicoScope model?
What is your PC and operating system?

There’s a but more than picoscope 7 tm. Some numbers follow. They’re important.

Btw, this is the automotive side of the forum. So technically your query does not belong here.

truthfully i glossed over the "automotive" part of the board title. Apologies, I'll try to find the general PS7 board, thanks for pointing that out!
