Hello,
Is there a way to filter out short spikes for a period of time so it wont Trigger and start to record when trigger threshold has been meet.Eg Trigger threshold value must be present on for a period time before recording will start.Using this for parasitic battery drain but short spike intervals trigger and start recording.

I realize this doesn't answer your question specifically.
For parasitic draw, I use trigger "none", then set the timebase according to how long I want to record the data in one buffer/waveform/screen, then verify the sample interval corresponds to the amount of detail I want. Start the scope whenever I feel is appropriate for the given situation.
