2004 Crown Victoria lx crank no start

I shorted out my egr connector and it killed the engine. Now it will crank but will not start. Also my passive anti theft system indicator light is not flashing or off. It goes to solid red while key is on and regular blinking when key is turned off

Hi, think you are in the wrong forum here, but if I would be you I would check all fuses.
