Try adding an attenuator between your test lead and the scope.

The 4425 has a 1M ohm impedance. This means that your scope will flow a small amount of current from your test point to your reference (ground) point. Adding the TA197 attenuator will increase your impedance to 9M ohms which will reduce the load (current) on your signal.
