Hello and thankyou for the post.

The 4224 is a scope from our Test and Measurement range of scopes and will not run on our Automotive software

For PicoScope software dedicated to the 4224, could you download PS7 from here https://www.picotech.com/downloads

For PicoScope software dedicated to the 4223, could you download PS7 from here
https://www.picoauto.com/downloads
