HI All, please review scope on crank & cam correlation for non start but crank condition. freelander 2 2.2auto 2010 model. driving normal parked and non start thereafter. diesel pump overhauled and injectors new bocsh. no fault codes relative compression 3 x 100% and 1x 99%. fuel is getting through diesel pump but very low pressure, voltage on SCV is battery voltage and getting PWM on second control line of SCV.
Update, on changing cambelt using factory locking tools the variance in correlation seems to me to have gone worse.
blue is voltage relative comp test, green crank hall effect and red camshaft hall effect, voltage seems high on cam sensor as well? i am getting fuel pressure but only after 20 seconds of cranking
hi , attached is new more complete test including cam, crank, injector no 1 and in no 1 cylinder pressure test with wpx500, still no dtc's logged, fuel pressure only start increasing after 20 seconds of cranking , i suppose as result of incorrect cam crank correlation?
your thoughts is highly appreciated.
UPDATE, i redone in cyl comp test on all 4 and cyl 3 has no compression, and cyl 1 & 2 has the vacuum event noted, only cyl 4 seems to have good spec and hardly any vacuum event.
