Hyundai H1 does not start

Post by T-by »

Hi there. I would like help with a Hyundai H1. 2005 vintage, 2.5 16V CRDI, D4CB engine. The engine starts and stops immediately. There is no error code anywhere. (The immobilizer has been written off.) The engine always starts immediately, but many times as soon as it reaches 850 rpm, the ECU stops injecting and stops immediately. All values look good. (ground, power, fuel pressure, rotation sensors)
It's like the control unit "crashes". Have you met anyone like this? Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a sync oscillogram, so I can’t decide if mine is right.
Thanks in advance!

Hi.
First of all, you need to make sure that the immobilizer is properly removed from the firmware.
You also need to look in the direction of the correct position of the chain.

Hello!
Thank you for your feedback.
I will look at the immobilizer at another ECU service center.
About the crankshaft / camshaft position
however, I do not fully understand what you wrote.
Why did you take three pictures?
Is one such car a good sync sign?
Thanks in advance

Examples of D4CB engine synchronization :
1 - your example
2 - engine with long running time, the chain is stretched
3 - new chain installed
