My PicoScope 6 Automotive recognition issue

This is my first Pico product and I have a PicoScope 3000 series 3203D one, My picoScope 6 Automotive software won't recognize the device. But my device manager is able to recognize it. Someone help me please.

3203S is not an automotive scope, hence you’ll not be able to use it with automotive software.

To use the 3203D download the non automotive software from https://www.picotech.com/downloads

Alternatively if you plan to use a PicoScope for automotive work and have only just purchased it then I suggest you enquire about returning it and swapping to an automotive PicoScope.
