Hullo

Post by Bunyip »

I'm new to the the forum though I have seen a friend using a Pico 3423 to solve some problems. I played with it a little some years ago but never really had time to get familiar with it. My friend retired so I bought his kit and would like to learn some more about it. I've asked about a suitable laptop on the Hardware thread.

Hello and welcome to the forum

Having used your 3423 some years ago with PicoScope 6 I think you will enjoy a new lease of life for the scope in the form of PicoScope 7.(PS7) https://oem.picoauto.com/p7beta/download

The software opens ready to go with our Guided Tests that will help you capture numerous sensors/actuators with minimal experience.

A Tour of PS7 can be seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hmFJCHj3-k&t=177s with specific details here topic22097.html

For more theory we have the Pico Library here https://www.picoauto.com/library and for theory brought to life, you can catch numerous videos on our YouTube channel here https://www.youtube.com/c/PicoScopeAutomotive/videos

I hope this helps, take care.......Steve
