Connecting ATS Pressure Pro and Exh. Pulse

Post by sscha1063 »

Hi, can anyone tell me/show me how to connect the ATS Pressure Pro/ATS IEA Exhaust sensor to my Pico 4425.
I have the Pressure Pro and bnc cable to connect it to my Pico but not sure where/how to use the settings to see it and operate it with the scope. Any help would be appreciated. Not going to buy the ATS scope to use this hardware and pretty sure it will work with any scope using Pressure Pro but not sure how to connect and operate. Thanks!

First you will need the Technical Specs for your sensors.

When you attach the Sensors to the scope they Output a Voltage dependant on the pressure being measured.

For example 1psi = 5mv. Or 1 bar = 10mv. Easy way read off the Voltage from the Scope & use a calculator to calculate the pressure.

The Cool way is to set up a Custom Probe for each Probe then its all done by Magic for you and You will read a pressure figure rather than a voltage.

Lots of info about Pico Custom Probes on Pico Site and Internet.
