Adc212 channel B maxed out

Hi guys
Just getting going with our old ADC212. Friday both channels were working ok except channel B seemed to be under reading. I changed the battery in the 20A clamp, switched on and now channel B IS STUCK at the top of the screen.

Any help on what's wrong will be greatly appreciated.
