BUTTERFLY BODY

Hello guys, I'm doing some research and find out if it is reliable to believe in duty cycle numbers.
We could say that up to 30% would be an ideal value even though we know that we have several different Butterfly Bodies ...
In this case there 15% ...

Pwm would go as much as needed to overcome the return spring force. Why would different makers use same spring?

I didn't understand the word Spring ?
In studies they show small variations, so it is not possible to speak for everyone, it is difficult to speak an exact number. More is something to be investigated.
My theory in practice tells me something in each of the 35/40%

Spring is that mechanical thing which brings back the throttle body to the initial position.
It is also that thing which is attached to wheels so it makes my butt feel comfortable over the bumps.
It is also that thing which makes old hand clocks work, as you would need to rotate the spring to re-charge stored energy.
