PWM vs Accelerometer
Hi, I'm trying to graph a 12v PWM signal along with acceleration/braking forces, and I can't figure out how to setup the TA143, or is this not possible?

For graphing PWM could you take a look here and here if Duty and Frequency are what you require to graph?
Regarding the accelerometer, you can connect the TA143 to your PicoScope and measure the DC output, or AC couple if required. You can then apply this data into your formula for acceleration and deceleration
You can also create a custom probe to display the data in mg & g units.
I have attached a custom probe setting below
