Hi, new user/purchaser/member here.
I've been turning wrenches for 20 years now. I've used scopes sparingly but decided to get the Pico since it seems to be the gold standard for automotive. I work on ag equipment mostly.
I just received my Picoscope 4425A today and it seems the A channel will drop the connection with the blue probe plugged in. Doesn't seem to do it with the red probe and haven't tried with others. Also, the blue probe doesn't seem to do it in channel B. I find it very odd, nothing appears to be broken, damaged or otherwise incorrect. What is the best way to get a hold of Pico and see if I can get a warranty started. I don't want to pay 1800 just to have to "live with" something that should be working properly. Thanks. I look forward to sharing my experiences with y'all and learning from those more competent than I.

Please email support@picotech.com with the details of the issue and where you purchased the unit and they will sort this out for you.
