guided tests

guided tests

hello, i would appreciate some help here. my pico software does not go the guided tests when i use the automotive presets..it just loads a refrence waveform. i also tried to click onto the online documentation option and it says, page not found.. i have a good internet connection. is anyone of you experiencing the same or do i have some settings incorrectly done.please help

Somewhere in the menus you can tick on a box called show web help or something like that.

Are you using pico 6 or 7?

Six is in the automotive menu at the top. Pico 7 automatically displays guided tests on screen when software opened.

Hello Kumaren,

Thank you for your post. It sounds like you may have switched the 'Show Web Help' option off in the guided test menu. If you haven't already done so please ensure the tick is next to the option at the bottom of the Automotive menu. I have attached a picture to help.

Hopefully this is all it is but if your still having problems accessing them please let me know.
